I describe how to deal with the multiplication and division of expressions containing radical signs. They are the products and quotients of the numerals inside the radical sign.

The square root of 3 times the square root of 5 equals the square root of 15. Like 3√3 and 4√3、when the radical part is the same, they can be gathered together as 3 times the square root of 3 plus 4 times the square root of 3 equals 7 times the square root of 3.

The square root of 32 plus the square root of 18 can be calcualted by simplifying inside od each radical sign. The square root of 32plus the square root of 18 equals 4 times the square root of 2 plus 3 times the square root of 2 equals 7 times the square root of 2.
